柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁肝气郁滞型临床观察OA

Objective:To observe the effect of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction on post-stroke depression(PSD)with Liver Qi stagnation pattern.Methods:Eighty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(42 cases)received routine intervention and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,while the observation group(43 cases)received routine intervention and Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The BI score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction is effective and safe in treating PSD with Liver Qi stagnation pattern.
