止嗽散合清金化痰汤加减治疗妊娠咳嗽痰热蕴肺型临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Zhisou Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction in treating gestational cough with phlegm-heat accumulating in the lung pattern.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with Feijiake Mixture,while the observation group was treated with Zhisou Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhisou Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction is effective and safe in treating gestational cough with phlegm-heat accumulating in the lung pattern.
