槐花散合葛根芩连汤治疗急性放射性直肠损伤临床观察OA

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huaihua Powder combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction on acute radiation-induced rectal injury.Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each.The control group received oral Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules and suppository of sulfasalazine per anum,while the observation group was treated with retention enema of Huaihua Powder combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction.Results:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores for bloody purulent stool,tenesmus,anal burning sensation,and abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with RTOG grade 0 radiation-induced rectal injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-1 and IL-6 decreased in both groups with a greater reduction in the observation group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Retention enema with Huaihua Powder combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction could effectively alleviate symptoms of acute radiation-induced rectal injury,reduce inflammatory markers,and is safe.
