超微针刀结合运动疗法治疗上交叉综合征临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ultra-micro needle knife combined with exercise therapy on upper crossed syndrome.Methods:Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received exercise therapy,and the experimental group was additionally treated with ultra-micro needle knife.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and neck disability index(NDI)score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the forward head angle(FHA)and rounded shoulder angle(FSA)were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-micro needle knife combined with exercise therapy shows good efficacy in treating upper crossed syndrome without increasing adverse reactions.
