螺旋齿滚式花生捡拾装置条铺漏捡机理分析与试验OA
Miss-picking Mechanism Analysis and Experiment of Peanut Windrow with Spiral-finger Cylinder Peanut Pickup Device
[目的]针对无滑道捡拾装置作业时因花生植株漏捡与捡拾装置工作参数不合理而造成荚果损失等问题,提出一种螺旋齿滚式捡拾装置,并对其形成的漏捡机理进行深入分析与捡拾试验研究.[方法]从花生植株成熟期内生物特性入手,对比中、美两国花生条铺捡拾特性,深入研究花生条铺漏捡区域的形成机理,并对螺旋齿滚式捡拾装置进行了试验研究.结合弹齿齿端运动轨迹,分析捡拾过程中花生条铺中的捡拾区域与漏捡区域,建立了漏捡区域的数学模型,确定了影响条铺漏捡区域的相关机构参数与工作参数,以此为基础确定了捡拾试验的试验因素.建立弹齿齿端轨迹、速度、加速度的数学模型,通过Adams软件对捡拾机构进行了运动学与动力学仿真分析,确定了合理工作参数配比.[结果]通过响应面试验设计与结果分析,获得最佳捡拾装置工作参数为:前进速度vt为54 m·min-1,转速N为49 r·min-1,入土深度H为17 mm.在花生植株含水率16%~20%的两段收获条件下,花生植株捡拾率为99.16%,掉果损失率为1.81%.[结论]田间验证试验与优化理论值接近,为今后两段式花生捡拾收获机捡拾装置的设计提供技术支撑.
[Objective]To address the issues of pod loss caused by miss-picking of peanut plants and unreasonable working parameters of the pickup device without a slide track,a spiral-tooth rotary pickup device was proposed.The analysis of the mechanism of miss-picking and picking up experiment were conducted.[Methods]Based on the biological characteristics of peanut plants during the maturity stage,the pickup characteristics of peanut windrows in China and the United States were compared.The formation mechanism of missed pickup areas in peanut windrows was thoroughly investigated,and experimental studies were carried out on the spiral-tooth rotary pickup device.Using the motion trajectory of the spring tine tips,the pickup area and missed pickup area during the picking process were analyzed,and a mathematical model of the missed pickup area was established.The relevant structural and operational parameters affecting the missed pickup area were identified,based on which the experimental factors for the pickup tests were determined.Mathematical models of the trajectory,velocity,and acceleration of the spring tine tips were established.Kinematic and dynamic simulations of the pickup mechanism were conducted using Adams software,and a reasonable ratio of working parameters was determined.[Result]Through response surface experimental design and result analysis,the optimal working parameters for the pickup device were obtained as forward speed vt of 54 m·min⁻¹,rotational speed N of 49 r·min⁻¹,and ground clearance H of 17 mm.Under two-stage harvesting conditions with a peanut plant moisture content of 16%-20%,the pickup rate of peanut plants reached 99.16%,and the pod loss rate was 1.81%.[Conclusion]The field validation test results were close to the optimized theoretical values,providing technical support for the future design of pickup devices for two-stage peanut pickup harvesters.
