不同品种百合对棉蚜发育和繁殖的影响OA
Effects of Different Lily Cultivars on the Development and Reproduction of Cotton Aphid,Aphis gossypii Glover
[目的]明确棉蚜在不同百合品种上的适应性,通过发挥百合自身的抗蚜特性来控制蚜虫为害,实现兼具生态友好性与防治高效性的生物防控策略.[方法]在室内采用生物学方法观察棉蚜在红芯、木门、索邦、塔丽莎和薇薇安娜5个百合品种上的发育和繁殖情况,并组建试验种群生命表.[结果]不同百合品种对棉蚜的发育和繁殖存在显著影响.棉蚜在塔丽莎上的存活率最低,在红芯上成蚜寿命(5.32 d)和存活寿命(9.56 d)最短、繁殖力(23.59头)最弱,均显著短(低)于其他品种;在薇薇安娜上成蚜寿命(11.75 d)和存活寿命(16.01 d)最长、繁殖力(50.24头)最强,显著高于其他品种.种群生命表参数显示,薇薇安娜上棉蚜的内禀增长率(r=0.312)、周限增长率(λ=1.366)和净增殖率(R₀=36.84)均显著高于其他品种,而红芯和塔丽莎上各参数值最低.[结论]综上,薇薇安娜是棉蚜种群增长较适宜的寄主品种,而红芯和塔丽莎是不适宜的寄主品种.研究结果为百合生产中棉蚜的预测预报和抗蚜品种选育提供理论依据.
[Objective]Study was carried out to clarify the adaptability of Aphis gossypii Glover on different lily varieties,and to achieve an eco-friendly and efficient biological control strategy by leveraging the intrinsic aphid resistance of lilies to manage aphid damage.[Method]Under laboratory conditions,the development and reproduction of cotton aphid on five lily varieties(Fangio,ConcaD'or,Sorbonne,Tarisa,and Viviana)were observed using biological methods,and experimental population life table was constructed.[Results]Different lily varieties significantly affected the development and reproduction of A.gossypii.The survival rate of cotton aphid was lowest on Tarisa.On Fangio,the adult longevity(5.32 d)and total lifespan(9.56 d)were the shortest,and fecundity(23.59 offspring)was the weakest,all significantly lower than those on other varieties.On Viviana,the adult longevity(11.75 d)and total lifespan(16.01 d)were the longest,and fecundity(50.24 offspring)was the highest,significantly exceeding those on other varieties.Population life table parameters showed that the intrinsic rate of increase(r=0.312),finite rate of increase(λ=1.366),and net reproductive rate(R₀=36.84)of A.gossypii on Viviana were significantly higher than those on other varieties,while the parameter values on Fangio and Tarisa were the lowest.[Conclusion]Based on various indicators,Viviana is a suitable host variety for the population growth of A.gossypii,whereas Fangio and Tarisa are unsuitable.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the forecasting and management of A.gossypii and the breeding of aphid-resistant lily varieties in lily production.
