甲状腺结节超声检查在健康体检中的应用价值OA

Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound examination of thyroid nodules in health examination.Methods:The clinical data of 68638 patients who received health examination in Taihu Rehabilitation Hospital of Jiangsu Province from September 2024 to September 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.All subjects underwent thyroid ultrasound examination,and the detection of thyroid nodules,age and gender distribution characteristics and TI-RADS grading re-sults were counted,and the screening efficiency of ultrasound examination was analyzed.Results:Among 68638 cases,37578 cases of thyroid nodules were detected,the detection rate was 54.75%.The detection rate of male and female ac-counted for 49.58%and 50.42%in all physical examination subjects,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The age group showed that the detection rate of thyroid gland was 30.39%in 25～39 years old group,61.09%in 40～59 years old group and 68.83%in 60～80 years old group,which increased significantly with age(P<0.05).On the TI-RADS scale,96.45%were benign nodules of type 2～3 and 3.55%were suspected malignant nodules of type 4～5.Conclusion:The detection rate of thyroid nodules in healthy people is high,and the risk increases with age.Ultrasound examination can clearly identify the characteristics of nodules,and carry out TI-RADS classification,so as to realize early detection of nodules and stratification of benign and malignant risks,which is an ideal means to screen thyroid nodules in health examination.
