可穿戴式长时程动态心电图仪对隐匿性及阵发性心房颤动的检出率与临床价值OA

Objective:To explore the detection rate and clinical value of wearable long-term dynamic electrocardiogram in occult and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:From February 2023 to May 2025,80 patients with suspected occult and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were selected as the research objects.All patients were given 24-hour dynamic electrocardio-gram and wearable long-term dynamic electrocardiogram,which were set as control group and experimental group re-spectively.The positive detection rate of atrial fibrillation、the detection of arrhythmia events and the satisfaction score of detection methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rate of atrial fibrillation in experimental group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.The detection rates of single atrial premature contraction、single ventricular premature contraction、paired atrial premature contraction and paired ventricular premature contraction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction scores of the five dimensions of safety,practicability,accuracy,economy and comfort in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The wearable long-term dynamic electrocardiogram can effectively improve the de-tection rate and optimize the detection experience for patients with suspected occult and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,which has high clinical value.
