角巩膜缘与角膜切口超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的疗效OA

Objective:To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification with corneoscleral margin and corneal incision in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:280 senile cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification in the Department of Ophthalmology,Jiuquan Hospital,Shanghai First People's Hospital from January to December,2024 were randomly di-vided into two groups,140 cases in each group.The incision in the control group was located in the cornea,and the inci-sion in the observation group was located in the limbus corneae.The treatment indexes of the two groups were evaluated.Results::The observation group exhibited higher uncorrected visual acuity and LogMAR values of best corrected visualacu-ity(BCVA)at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05).Bothcorneal a-stigmatism and surgery-induced corneal astigmatism were lower in the observation group at these timepoints than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months postoperatively,the observation group demonstratedlower corneal staining scores and higher tear secretion volumes than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,theobservation group required shorter incision closure time and epithelial healing time compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When phaco-emulsification is performed on senile cataract patients,the effect of choosing corneoscleral margin incision is more ideal,and the effect is more significant in improving postoperative vision,tear film and corneal function.
