目的 探讨磁共振成像与计算机断层扫描检查在骨骼肌内黏液瘤诊断中的应用价值.方法 从2023年1月至2025年5月在武穴市第一人民医院经手术病理检查确诊为骨骼肌内黏液瘤患者中选取自愿参与研究的患者60例,分别开展计算机断层扫描检查与磁共振成像检查.对比两种检查方法的检出率、对不同病灶部位的检出情况以及影像学特征.结果 磁共振成像检查的检出率高于计算机断层扫描检查,漏诊率低于计算机断层扫描检查(P<0.05);两种检查方法对不同病灶部位的检出率差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 磁共振成像检查在骨骼肌内黏液瘤诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可为临床提供更加全面、清晰的影像学特征.

Objective:To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography in the diag-nosis of myxoma in skeletal muscle.Methods:From January 2023 to May 2025,60 patients who were diagnosed as myx-oma in skeletal muscle by surgical and pathological examination were selected to participate in the study,and computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were performed respectively.The detection rate、detection of different lesion sites and imaging characteristics of the two methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of MRI was higher than that of CT,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of CT(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of different lesions between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI has high application value in the diagnosis of myxoma in skeletal muscle,and can provide more comprehensive and clear imaging features for clinic.
