试验旨在探究五倍子对斑点叉尾鮰生长性能、生理代谢及组织成分的影响.选取240尾平均初始体重(11.81±0.57)g的健康幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾.S0组、S5组、S10组和S20组分别在基础饲料中添加0、5、10和20 g/kg五倍子,配制成等氮等脂饲料.预试期2 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示,与S0组相比,S10组增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05).S10组和S20组血清中甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),而葡萄糖含量显著提高(P<0.05).S10组血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著提高(P<0.05),而血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).S10组和S20组肝胰脏中粗蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲料中添加10 g/kg五倍子可有效改善斑点叉尾鮰的生长性能,增强免疫及抗氧化功能.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Galla chinensis on the growth performance,physiological metabolism,and tissue composition of Ictalurus punctatus.A total of 240 healthy juvenile fish with an average initial body weight of(11.81±0.57)g were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate.The groups S0,S5,S10,and S20 were fed basal diets supplemented with 0,5,10,and 20 g/kg of Galla chinensis,respectively,formulated to be isonitrogenous and isolipidic.The pre-test period was two weeks,and the formal test period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the group S0,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate were significantly increased in the group S10(P<0.05).Serum triglyceride and total cholesterol concentrations were significantly decreased in the groups S10 and S20(P<0.05),while the glucose content was significantly increased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and acid phosphatase(ACP)in the serum of group S10 were significantly increased(P<0.05),whereas serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The crude protein content in the hepatopancreas of the groups S10 and S20 was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the crude fat content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with 10 g/kg Galla chinensis effectively improve the growth performance,enhance immune and antioxidant functions of Ictalurus punctatus.
