色氨酸对热应激文昌鸡生长性能、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响OA
Effects of tryptophan on growth performance,serum biochemical,and antioxidant indices of heat-stressed Wenchang chickens
试验旨在探究不同水平色氨酸对热应激文昌鸡生长性能、器官指数、血清生化、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响.选取480只遗传基础相同、体重相近的81日龄健康文昌鸡母鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只.对照组(1组)饲喂基础饲粮,2组~5组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.09%、0.18%、0.27%和0.36%的色氨酸.预试期10 d,正式试验期40 d.结果显示,与1组相比,3组末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);3组和4组料重比显著降低(P<0.05).3组屠宰率及2组、4组、5组腿肌率显著提高(P<0.05).2组和3组肝脏指数及2组脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05).3组和5组血清总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量,以及2组、3组和5组白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05);3组尿酸(UA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).3组~5组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量、4组和5组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量及2组~5组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05).3组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05);2组~4组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,添加色氨酸可以有效改善热应激文昌鸡的生长性能、代谢、免疫及抗氧化功能,建议色氨酸添加水平为0.18%.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of tryptophan on the growth performance,organ indices,serum biochemistry,immunity,and antioxidant indices of heat-stressed Wenchang chickens.A total of 480 healthy 81-day-old female Wenchang chickens with the same genetic background and similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups with six replicates per group and 16 chickens per replicate.The control group(group 1)was fed a basal diet,while the groups 2 to 5 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.09%,0.18%,0.27%,and 0.36%tryptophan,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 40 days.The results showed that compared with the group 1,the final weight and average daily gain in the group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio in the groups 3 and 4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The dressing percentage in the group 3 and the leg muscle percentage in the groups 2,4 and 5 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The liver index in the groups 2 and 3,and the spleen index in the group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum total protein(TP)and glucose(GLU)concentrations in the groups 3 and 5,as well as the albumin(ALB)content in the groups 2,3 and 5 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the uric acid(UA)content in group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in groups 3 to 5,the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in the groups 4 and 5,and the immunoglobulin M(IgM)content in the groups 2 to 5 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the groups 2 to 4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that adding tryptophan supplementation can effectively improve the growth performance,metabolism,immune function,and antioxidant function of heat-stressed Wenchang chickens,and the recommended tryptophan supplementation level is 0.18%.
