试验旨在探究不同料型对种鸽繁殖性能、营养物质表观代谢率及乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能的影响.选取48对健康、体重和产蛋间隔相近的4岁龄白王种鸽,随机分成2组,每组8个重复,每个重复3对.对照组(混合料组)采取70%原粮+30%颗粒料饲喂模式,试验组(颗粒料组)采取颗粒料饲喂模式.预试期14 d,正式试验期46 d,包括孵化期18 d和哺喂期28 d.结果显示,与混合料组相比,颗粒料组种蛋受精率、入孵蛋孵化率及健雏率明显升高.颗粒料组种鸽哺喂期粗蛋白表观代谢率极显著高于混合料组(P<0.01).混合料组与颗粒料组乳鸽初生重、1~28日龄平均日增重,以及哺喂期、全期窝料重比无显著差异(P>0.05).混合料组与颗粒料组乳鸽屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率及腹脂率无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明,颗粒料饲喂模式对种鸽繁殖性能及乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能无显著影响,但改善了种鸽粗蛋白表观代谢率.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different feed types on the reproductive performance and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of breeding pigeons,as well as the growth performance and slaughter performance of squabs.A total of 48 pairs healthy four-year-old White King breeding pigeons with similar body weight and egg-laying interval were randomly divided into two groups,with eight replicates per group and three pairs of pigeons per replicate.The control group(mixed feed group)was fed a diet consisting of 70%raw grains+30%pelleted feed,while the experimental group(pelleted feed group)was fed a pelleted diet.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 46 days,including an 18-day incubation period and a 28-day feeding period.The results showed that compared with the mixed feed group,the pelleted feed group exhibited increases in the fertilization rate of hatching eggs,the hatchability rate of set eggs,and the healthy chick rate.The apparent metabolic rate of crude protein during the feeding period in the pelleted feed group was extremely higher than that in the mixed feed group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences between the mixed feed group and the pelleted feed group in the birth weight of squabs,the average daily gain from 1 to 28 days of age,and the feed-to-nest gain ratio during the feeding period and the whole period(P>0.05).No significant differences were observed between the mixed feed group and the pelleted feed group in the slaughter performance indicators of squabs,including dressing percentage,half-eviscerated percentage,whole-eviscerated percentage,breast muscle percentage,leg muscle percentage,and abdominal fat percentage(P>0.05).The study shows that the pelleted feeding mode has no significant effect on the reproductive performance of breeding pigeons,the growth performance of squabs,and the slaughter performance of squabs,but it improves the apparent metabolic rate of crude protein in breeding pigeons.
