试验旨在探究自拟复方中草药对自然感染呼吸道疫病的肉牛生长性能、血清免疫及生化指标的影响.选取40头临床诊断为呼吸道疫病的肉牛,随机分为中药配方组(灌服复方汤剂)和氟尼辛葡甲胺+头孢组(肌肉注射),另选取20头健康肉牛设为对照组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头.试验期共12 d,包括5 d治疗期和7 d恢复期.结果显示,中药配方组治愈率高于氟尼辛葡甲胺+头孢组.与氟尼辛葡甲胺+头孢组相比,中药配方组总增重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).中药配方组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著升高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05).中药配方组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及肌酐(CREA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)含量显著低于氟尼辛葡甲胺+头孢组(P<0.05).研究表明,复方中草药对肉牛呼吸道疫病疗效显著,能够改善生长性能,增强免疫力,减轻炎症反应,保护肝肾功能并调节脂代谢,效果优于氟尼辛葡甲胺+头孢.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of a self-formulated compound Chinese herbal medicine on the growth performance,serum immune,and biochemical indicators of beef cattle naturally infected with respiratory diseases.A total of 40 beef cattle clinically diagnosed with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into a Chinese herbal formula group(administered with the compound decoction)and a flunixin meglumine+cephalosporin group(administered via intramuscular injection).Another 20 healthy beef cattle were selected as the control group.Each group had five replicates with four cattle per replicate.The total experimental period lasted 12 days,including a 5-day treatment period and a 7-day recovery period.The results showed that the cure rate in the Chinese herbal formula group was higher than that in the flunixin meglumine+cephalosporin group.Compared with the flunixin meglumine+cephalosporin group,the total weight gain and average daily gain in the Chinese herbal formula group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the Chinese herbal formula group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and concentrations of creatinine(CREA),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and non-esterified fatty acids(NEFA)in serum in the Chinese herbal formula group were significantly lower than those in the flunixin meglumine+cephalosporin group(P<0.05).The study shows that this compound Chinese herbal medicine has significant therapeutic effects on bovine respiratory diseases.It can improve the growth performance,enhance immunity,alleviate inflammatory responses,protect liver and kidney functions,and regulate lipid metabolism,with overall efficacy superior to that of flunixin meglumine+cephalosporin.
