灵芝菌糠发酵饲料对大耳黄羊生长性能、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响OA
Effects of Ganoderma lucidum spent mushroom substrate fermented feed on growth performance,serum biochemical,immune,and antioxidant function in large-eared yellow goats
试验旨在探究灵芝菌糠发酵饲料对大耳黄羊生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响.选取36只2月龄、体重相近的大耳黄羊,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复2只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础饲粮中添加5%、10%灵芝菌糠发酵饲料.预试期7 d,正式试验期90 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)含量及谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).试验2组血清总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(BUN)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加灵芝菌糠发酵饲料可以改善大耳黄羊生长性能,增强肝脏功能、抗氧化功能及免疫水平.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spent mushroom substrate fermented feed on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immune,and antioxidant function of large-eared yellow goats.A total of 36 two-month-old large-eared yellow goats with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per group and two sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the experimental groups 1 and 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5%and 10%Ganoderma lucidum spent mushroom substrate fermented feed,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final body weight and average daily gain of the experimental groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of glucose(GLU)and triglyceride(TG),as well as the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in serum were significantly decreased in the experimental groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In the experimental group 2,the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),urea nitrogen(BUN),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with Ganoderma lucidum spent mushroom substrate fermented feed can improve the growth performance,enhance liver function,antioxidant function,and immune level of large-eared yellow goats.
