Effects of purple corn anthocyanin on nutrient apparent digestibility and plasma biochemical indices of perinatal ewes

试验旨在探究紫玉米花青素对围产期母羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血浆生化、免疫及激素指标的影响.选取21只空怀期自然发情、同期配种、健康且体重相近、妊娠期为115 d的黔北麻羊母羊,随机分为3组,每组7个重复,每个重复1只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg(LA组)、100 mg/kg紫玉米花青素(HA组).预试期14 d,正式试验期42 d.结果显示,CON组和LA组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于HA组(P<0.05).LA组干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于HA组(P<0.05).产前21 d与生产当天,HA组血浆中葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).在生产当天,LA组和HA组血浆中尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05).试验期间,LA组和HA组脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).生产当天和产后21 d,HA组血浆中溶菌酶(LZM)活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05).产前21 d与产后21 d,LA组和HA组血浆中白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).生产当天与产后21 d,LA组血浆中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).试验期间,LA组和HA组血浆中雌二醇(E2)、雌三醇(E3)、孕酮(Prog)含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加50 mg/kg紫玉米花青素不影响围产期母羊采食量与养分表观消化率,但可以改善母羊血浆生化、免疫与激素指标,整体效果较佳.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of purple corn anthocyanin on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,plasma biochemical,immune,and hormonal indices of perinatal ewes.A total of 21 healthy Qianbei Ma goats with natural estrus during the non-pregnant period,synchronized mating,similar body weight,and at 115 days of gestation were selected and randomly divided into three groups with seven replicates per group and one ewe per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg(group LA)and 100 mg/kg(group HA)of purple corn anthocyanin,respectively.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 42 days.The results showed that the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the groups CON and LA was significantly higher than that of the group HA(P<0.05).The apparent digestibilities of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in the group LA were significantly higher than those in the group HA(P<0.05).At 21 days prepartum and on the day of parturition,the plasma glucose(GLU)content in the group HA was significantly higher than that in the group CON(P<0.05).On the day of parturition,the plasma urea nitrogen(BUN)content in the groups LA and HA was significantly lower than that in the group CON(P<0.05).During the trial period,the plasma lipid peroxide(LPO)content in the groups LA and HA was significantly lower than that in the group CON(P<0.05),while the total protein(TP)content was significantly higher than that in the group CON(P<0.05).On the day of parturition and at 21 days postpartum,the plasma lysozyme(LZM)activity in the group HA was significantly higher than that in the group CON(P<0.05).At 21 days prepartum and 21 days postpartum,the plasma albumin(ALB)content in the groups LA and HA was significantly higher than that in the group CON(P<0.05).On the day of parturition and at 21 days postpartum,the plasma concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the group LA were significantly higher than those in the group CON(P<0.05).During the trial period,the plasma concentrations of estradiol(E2),estriol(E3),and progesterone(Prog)in the groups LA and HA were significantly higher than those in the group CON(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with 50 mg/kg purple corn anthocyanin does not adversely affect the feed intake or nutrient apparent digestibility of perinatal ewes but can improve their plasma biochemical,immune,and hormonal parameters,and the overall effect is better.
