试验旨在探究以龙须菜废渣和蚕沙为原料的复合添加剂对夏季高温养殖黄斑蓝子鱼摄食、生长性能及肝脏健康的影响.选取225尾平均体重(7.37±0.06)g的健康幼鱼随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾.采用等氮等脂饲料,MT1组~MT5组分别添加0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的复合添加剂.预试期2 w,正式试验期8 w.结果显示,与MT1组相比,MT2组和MT3组末重与增重率显著升高(P<0.05),饲料系数降低.随复合添加剂水平升高,摄食量显著增加(P<0.05),腹脂率呈先升后降趋势.MT2组~MT5组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均高于MT1组,MT2组和MT5组CAT活性,以及MT4组SOD活性显著高于MT1组(P<0.05).MT5组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于MT1组(P<0.05).随着复合添加剂水平升高,血清甘油三酯(TG)含量下降,而丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,MT5 组 MDA 含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05).随着复合添加剂水平升高,肝脏空泡化程度减轻,其中MT3组炎症改善效果较好.研究表明,1.0%复合添加剂可以改善夏季高温养殖条件下黄斑蓝子鱼的生长性能,增强抗氧化能力,降低饲料系数,减轻肝脏脂质蓄积与炎症反应.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of a compound additive made from Gracilaria lemaneiformis residue and silkworm excrement on the feeding,growth performance,and liver health of Siganus guttatus under summer high-temperature breeding.A total of 225 healthy juvenile fish with an average weight of(7.37±0.06)g were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates per group and 15 fish per replicate.Using equal nitrogen and fat diet,groups MT1 to MT5 were added with compound additives of 0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%,respectively.The pre-test period was 2 weeks and the formal test period was 8 weeks.The results showed that compared with the group MT1,the final weight and weight gain rate of the groups MT2 and MT3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed coefficient decreased.As the level of the compound additive increased,the feed intake was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the abdominal fat rate showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The activities of serum catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in groups MT2 to MT5 were higher than those in group MT1.The CAT activity in groups MT2 and MT5,as well as the SOD activity in group MT4,were significantly higher than those in group MT1(P<0.05).The activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the group MT5 was significantly lower than the group MT1(P<0.05).As the level of composite additives increased,the serum triglyceride(TG)content decreased,while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased.The MDA content in the group MT5 was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).As the level of the composite additive increases,the degree of liver vacuolation decreases,and among them,the group MT3 shows a better improvement in inflammation.The study shows that a 1.0%compound additive can improve the growth performance,enhance its antioxidant capacity,reduce the feed conversion ratio,and alleviate liver lipid accumulation and inflammatory responses of Siganus guttatus under summer high-temperature breeding.
