试验旨在探究饲料中添加嗜吡啶红球菌发酵黄芪对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能、免疫功能、消化酶活性及抗氧化指标的影响.选取360尾体重(9.56±1.14)g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾.对照组饲喂基础饲料,T1组、T2组分别在基础饲料中添加1%黄芪粉、1%嗜吡啶红球菌发酵黄芪粉,T3组饲料表面喷洒1%嗜吡啶红球菌菌液.常规养殖结束后,以1×108 CFU/mL哈维氏弧菌攻毒10 d,注射量为鱼体重的1%.预试期7 d,常规养殖28 d,攻毒试验期10 d.结果显示,T2组增重率和特定生长率显著高于T3组和CK组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著低于其他组(P<0.05).T1组和T2组肝脏酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性和肌肉溶菌酶(LZM)活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T2组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于T3组(P<0.05).T2组肠道脂肪酶、胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和α-淀粉酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05).T1组和T2组肝脏过氧化物酶(POD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T2组肌肉MDA含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05).攻毒试验结果显示,T2组的成活率为100.00%,肝脏非特异性免疫和抗氧化指标显著优于其他组(P<0.05).研究表明,在饲料中添加嗜吡啶红球菌发酵黄芪可以有效提升珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的免疫功能、消化酶活性及抗氧化能力,促进石斑鱼健康生长,并增强其对哈维氏弧菌的抵抗能力.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Rhodococcus pyridinivorans fermented Astragalus on the growth performance,immune function,digestive enzyme activities,and antioxidant indicators of pearl gentian grouper.A total of 360 pearl gentian groupers with a body weight of(9.56±1.14)g were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group,and 30 fish per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while groups T1,T2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%Astragalus powder,1%Rhodococcus pyridinivorans fermented Astragalus powder,respectively.The feed in group T3 was sprayed with 1%Rhodococcus pyridinivorans cell suspension.After the standard rearing period,the fish were challenged with 1×108 CFU/mL of Vibrio harveyi for 10 days,with the injection volume being 1%of the fish's body weight.The preliminary trial lasted seven days,followed by 28 days of standard rearing and a 10-day challenge test period.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate in the group T2 were significantly higher than those in the group T3 and the control group(P<0.05),while the feed coefficient was significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The hepatic activities of acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP),as well as muscle lysozyme(LZM)activity in the groups T1 and T2 were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The serum activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the group T2 were significantly lower than those in the group T3(P<0.05).The intestinal activities of lipase,pepsin,trypsin,and α-amylase in the group T2 were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The hepatic peroxidase(POD)activity,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),catalase(CAT)activity,and glutathione(GSH)content in the groups T1 and T2 were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05),while the muscle malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the group T2 was significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The challenge test results showed that the survival rate in the group T2 reached 100.00%,and the hepatic non-specific immune and antioxidant indicators were significantly better than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with Rhodococcus fermented Astragalus can effectively enhance the immune function,digestive enzyme activities,and antioxidant capacity of pearl gentian grouper,promote healthy growth,and strengthen their resistance against Vibrio harveyi infection.
