填饲期饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌对朗德鹅血清生化指标及肝品质的影响OA
Effects of adding Bacillus subtilis to feed during overfeeding period on serum biochemical indices and liver quality in Landes geese
试验旨在探究填饲期饲粮中添加不同剂量枯草芽孢杆菌对朗德鹅血清生化指标及肝品质的影响.选取 20只60日龄、健康状况良好且体重接近的朗德鹅,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低、中、高剂量组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.000 1%、0.001 0%和0.010 0%枯草芽孢杆菌.预试期7 d,正式试验期21 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,中剂量组和高剂量组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05),高剂量组谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著提高(P<0.05).所有试验组鹅肝的亮度(L*)值、红度(a*)值和黄度(b*)值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,中剂量组鹅肝中粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),水分含量显著降低(P<0.05).电子鼻分析显示,所有组鹅肝样品整体气味轮廓存在一定差异.研究表明,填饲期饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌能够影响朗德鹅部分血清生化指标和肝品质,其中0.001 0%添加水平的整体效果较好.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing different doses of Bacillus subtilis to the diet during the overfeeding period on the serum biochemical indices and liver quality of Landes geese.A total of 20 Landes geese aged 60 days,with good health and had similar body weight,were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates per group and one goose per replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,while the low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose groups were supplemented with 0.000 1%,0.001 0%,and 0.010 0%Bacillus subtilis,respectively.The pre trial period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the serum total protein(TP)content was significantly increased in the medium-dose group and high-dose group(P<0.05),and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)was significantly increased in the high-dose group(P<0.05).The brightness(L*)value,redness(a*)value,and yellowness(b*)value of the liver in experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the shear force was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentrations of crude fat and crude protein in the liver of medium-dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the water content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Electronic nose analysis showed that there were certain differences in the overall odor profile of liver samples in each group.The study shows that adding Bacillus subtilis to the feed during the overfeeding period can affect some serum biochemical indicators and liver quality of Landes geese.Among them,the overall effect of an addition level of 0.0010%is the best.
