微藻源DHA对繁殖母猪乳脂与血浆脂肪酸、细胞因子及生产性能的调控作用OA
Regulatory effects of microalgae-derived DHA on milk fat and plasma fatty acids,cytokines,and productive performance in reproductive sows
试验旨在探究饲粮中添加微藻源二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)对母猪生产性能、乳成分、血浆脂肪酸组成及细胞因子水平的影响.选取242头母猪随机分为对照组和DHA组,每组121个重复,每个重复1头.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,DHA组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg微藻源DHA.试验期从母猪上一胎断奶持续至下一胎断奶.结果显示,与对照组相比,DHA组第6天乳中及第17天血浆中DHA含量显著提高(P<0.05),第6天乳中棕榈油酸和二十碳烯酸含量显著降低(P<0.05).在生产性能与血浆免疫指标方面,两组间差异均不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,全繁殖周期补充50 mg/kg微藻源DHA虽能有效提高母猪乳和血浆中DHA水平,改变脂肪酸组成,但对母猪生产性能和血浆细胞因子水平的提升作用有限.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with microalgae-derived docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)on the productive performance,milk composition,plasma fatty acid profiles,and cytokine levels of sows.A total of 242 sows were randomly divided into a control group and a DHA group,with 121 replicates per group and one sow per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the DHA group received the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg microalgae-derived DHA.The experimental period lasted from weaning in the previous parity to weaning in the subsequent parity.The results showed that compared with the control group,the DHA content in milk on day 6 and in plasma on day 17 of the DHA group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of palmitoleic acid and eicosenoic acid in milk on day 6 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of productive performance or plasma immune indicators(P>0.05).The study shows that supplementation with 50 mg/kg microalgae-derived DHA throughout the complete reproductive cycle can effectively increase DHA levels in sow milk and plasma,and alter the composition of fatty acids,but has limited effects on improving sow productive performance or plasma cytokine levels.
