试验旨在探究发酵棕榈粕对肉用繁殖母牛血清免疫、抗氧化指标及后肠道微生物的影响.选取90头年龄、胎次、杂交代次相近的健康西门塔尔繁殖母牛,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组用6%自制发酵棕榈粕替代基础饲粮中的精料,试验Ⅱ组用6%AN发酵棕榈粕替代基础饲粮中的精料.预试期14 d,正式试验期90 d.结果显示,试验Ⅰ组血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);后肠道微生物方面,试验Ⅰ组Shannon指数显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),拟杆菌门的相对丰度低于对照组和试验Ⅱ组,放线菌门和瘤胃球菌属的相对丰度高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组.研究表明,用6%自制发酵棕榈粕替代基础饲粮中的精料可以增强肉用繁殖母牛的免疫功能和抗氧化能力,改善后肠道微生物的多样性,有利于肉用繁殖母牛的健康维护.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of fermented palm kernel meal on the serum immune,antioxidant indicators,and hindgut microbiota of beef breeding cows.Ninety healthy Simmental breeding cows with similar age,parity,and crossbreeding generation were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates per group and ten cows per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the experimental group Ⅰ was fed the basal diet with 6%homemade fermented palm kernel meal replacing the concentrate,and the experimental group Ⅱ was fed the basal diet with 6%AN fermented palm kernel meal replacing the concentrate.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that the serum levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),as well as the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),in the experimental group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in the control group and the experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that in the control group and the experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Regarding the hindgut microbiota,the Shannon index in experimental group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in the control group and experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was lower than that in the control group and experimental group Ⅱ,while the relative abundances of Actinobacteria and Ruminococcus were higher than those in the control group and experimental group Ⅱ.The study shows that replacing the concentrate in the basal diet with 6%homemade fermented palm kernel meal can enhance the immune function and antioxidant capacity of beef breeding cows,improve the diversity of the hindgut microbiota,and promote the health maintenance of beef breeding cows.
