生物多样性垂直分布格局及形成机制是生物地理学研究的热点之一.为了解大别山鹞落坪国家级自然保护区非飞行小型兽类物种多样性及其垂直分布格局,本研究于2021年9-10月在保护区500~1 721 m海拔范围内以200m海拔为间隔设置了7个样带,主要以夹日法和陷阱法对各样带的非飞行小型兽类进行系统调查.调查期间累计布设4984个有效夹日,捕获非飞行小型兽类705只,分属2目5科13属15种.保护区非飞行小型兽类物种丰富度随海拔升高均呈现先增加后降低的中峰分布格局.偏回归分析显示归一化植被指数是鹞落坪地区非飞行小型兽类多样性分布的主要影响因子.此外,基于分子和形态学数据,证明大别山的仓鼠属物种应归为宁陕大仓鼠(Tscherskia ningshaanensis).本研究结果提示保护区今后应重视对中海拔带生物多样性的保护和管理.

Understanding diversity patterns along elevational gradients is a key focus in biogeography.To explore the di-versity and elevational patterns of small mammals in Yaoluoping National Nature Reserve,Dabie Mountains,we estab-lished seven transects at 200 m altitude intervals,covering an altitudinal range of 500 to 1 721 m,from September to Oc-tober 2021.A systematic investigation of small mammals was conducted along these transects using snap-trapping and other trapping methods.During the survey,we accumulated 4 984 trap days and captured 705 small mammals,represent-ing 2 orders,5 families,13 genera,and 15 species.The species richness of small mammals in the reserve exhibited a hump-shaped distribution pattern along the elevational gradient.Partial regression analysis revealed normalized differ-ence vegetation index(NDVI)emerged as the primary factor influencing the distribution of small mammals in the re-serve.Based on molecular and morphological data,we found that the taxon previously identified as Cricetulus in the Da-bie Mountains is actually Tscherskia ningshaanensis.The findings suggest that future biodiversity conservation efforts should focus on the mid-elevation sections of the reserve.
