Constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese management is an academic mis-sion responding to the questions of the times.This paper focuses on four core questions:What funda-mental issues must be addressed in the construction of such an independent knowledge system?What is its core pivot?Is the participation of quantum mechanics necessary?What are the value and signifi-cance of quantum mechanics for the construction of the independent knowledge system of Chinese management?Admittedly,fine traditional Chinese culture boasts sufficient theoretical foundations and ideological resources to support the construction of the system without relying on quantum mechanics.Nevertheless,from a global perspective and considering the realistic demand for international aca-demic expression,quantum mechanics acts as a critical modern discourse transcoder,enabling the core wisdom of traditional Chinese culture to be expressed in language understandable by the interna-tional academic community.This paper demonstrates that"Three-in-One Integration",a contempo-rary refinement of the essence of traditional Chinese culture,summarizes the common core connota-tions of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,and conforms to the logical structure of core theories of quantum mechanics.The cognitive framework of"being A and not being A simultaneously"builds a bridge for dialogue between quantum mechanics and fine traditional Chinese culture,providing a sci-entific linguistic carrier for the global dissemination of traditional Chinese wisdom.It further eliminates the need for scientific and universal demonstration of the underlying logic of Chinese management's in-dependent knowledge system in global academic communication.As a modern discourse transcoder,quantum mechanics serves as a powerful tool to promote the creative transformation and innovative de-velopment of fine traditional Chinese culture.This research reflects the academic consciousness of Chi-nese management research,and also contributes unique wisdom of Chinese civilization to the progress of global knowledge.
