34份花生品系主要农艺和品质性状的遗传多样性分析与综合评价OA

为明确"漯花"系列花生种质资源的性状遗传差异与综合表现,本研究以 34 份漯花系列花生品系为试验材料,选取农艺、品质、产量相关 17 项性状指标,采用遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、灰色关联度分析、通径分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等多元方法对其进行综合评价.结果表明,34 份花生品系各性状的变异系数(CV)为 2.46%~50.75%,亚油酸含量变异系数最大,粗脂肪含量变异系数最小;17 个性状的遗传多样性指数(H′)为 3.383~3.526,平均值 3.506,粗脂肪含量遗传多样性指数最高,亚油酸含量的最低.相关性分析结果表明,产量与单株分枝数、单株饱果数、出仁率及总氨基酸含量呈显著正相关,与主茎高、侧枝长呈显著负相关.灰色关联度分析结果表明,产量与出仁率的关联度最高,与总氨基酸含量次之.通径分析结果表明,亚油酸、油酸、总氨基酸含量对产量的正向直接作用显著,侧枝长、单株果枝数、单株秕果数对产量存在负向直接效应;油酸含量对产量的间接作用最强,对单株生产力的间接作用最弱.聚类分析在平方欧氏距离 12 处,将 34份花生品系分为5 个类群,各类群产量表现依次为Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ>Ⅰ>Ⅴ;其中第Ⅲ类群包含 LH07、LH08、LH10 共3 份高产品系,占比 8.82%,但油酸含量偏低,高产品系的高油酸含量改良潜力较大.主成分分析共提取到 6个主成分,累计贡献率达 81.043%,可有效反映原始性状的大部分信息.综合得分排名前 10 的优异品系为LH23、LH11、LH05、LH17、LH15、LH18、LH07、LH08、LH10、LH19,可作为花生育种及种质创新的核心亲本材料.

To comprehensively explore the disparities in genetic characteristics and overall performance among diverse Luohua peanut germplasm resources,34 Luohua peanut lines were selected as the experimental materials.A battery of analytical techniques,including genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,grey correlation analysis,path analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis,was employed to assess 17 agronomic,quality and yield traits.The results indicated that for the 34 peanut lines,the coefficient of var-iation(CV)of the main traits spanned from 2.46%to 50.75%.Among them,linoleic acid exhibited the lar-gest CV,while crude fat had the smallest.The genetic diversity indices(H′)of the 17 traits ranged from 3.383 to 3.526,with an average of 3.506.Specifically,crude fat had the highest H′,and linoleic acid had the lowest.Correlation analysis demonstrated that yield was significantly positively correlated with the number of per plant branches,the number of full pods per plant,kernel yield,and total amino acid content;conversely,it was significantly negatively correlated with the main stem height and lateral branch length.Grey correlation analysis revealed that kernel yield had the highest correlation with yield,followed by total amino acid content.Path analysis results indicated that the contents of linoleic acid,oleic acid and total amino acids exerted signif-icantly positively direct effects on yield,while lateral branch length,fruit branch number per plant and blank boll number per plant showed negatively direct effects on yield.Oleic acid content demonstrated the strongest indirect effect on yield,whereas the weakest indirect effect on single-plant productivity.Through cluster analy-sis,when the squared Euclidean distance approximated 12,the peanut lines were classified into five taxa.The yield performance of the taxa followed the order of Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅳ>Ⅰ>Ⅴ.In the Ⅲ taxa,three peanut lines,namely LH07,LH08 and LH10,had relatively high yield,accounting for 8.82%of the total,however,their oleic acid content was lower,suggesting larger improvement potential of high-yielding lines in high oleic acid content.Through principal component analysis,six principal components were extracted from the 17 traits,with the accumulative contribution rate as 81.043%,which could reflected most information of the original traits.The top 10 lines with high comprehensive evaluation values were LH23,LH11,LH05,LH17,LH15,LH18,LH07,LH08,LH10 and LH19.These lines could be regarded as excellent germplasm resources for further research and breeding applications.
