为构建玉米苗期耐盐碱胁迫综合评价体系,筛选优异耐盐碱玉米种质资源,本试验以 40 份玉米自交系为试验材料,测定苗期 8 项盐碱胁迫相关形态指标,采用主成分分析、隶属函数法、聚类分析及逐步回归分析对玉米自交系苗期耐盐碱性进行综合评价,构建耐盐碱胁迫抗性预测模型,筛选优良耐盐碱种质.结果表明,供试自交系 8 项苗期形态指标中,7 项指标对盐碱胁迫响应显著;通过主成分分析将筛选得到显著单项指标转化为 2 个相互独立的综合指标,累计贡献率达 85.901%;基于耐盐碱胁迫综合评价值(D 值)进行系统聚类分析,可将 40 份玉米自交系划分为 4 个耐盐碱等级,其中高耐盐碱种质 1 份、耐盐碱种质 6 份、低耐盐碱种质 14 份、盐碱敏感种质 19 份.通过逐步回归分析,建立了玉米苗期耐盐碱性最优预测模型.本研究构建的评价体系与预测模型可精准评价玉米苗期耐盐碱性,可为玉米耐盐碱种质筛选、抗性机理研究及耐盐碱玉米育种提供理论依据与技术支撑.

To construct a comprehensive evaluation system for salt-alkali stress tolerance of maize seed-lings and to screen superior salt-alkali tolerant maize germplasm resources,40 maize inbred lines were used as materials in this experiment,8 salt-alkali stress-related morphological indicators at the seedling stage were measured,and the principal component analysis,membership function method,cluster analysis,and stepwise regression were adopted for the comprehensive evaluation of salt-alkali tolerance of maize.A salt-alkali resist-ance prediction model was constructed to screen excellent salt-alkali tolerant germplasms.The results showed that among the 8 seedling morphological indicators,7 ones responded significantly to salt-alkali stress;princi-pal component analysis transformed the selected significant single indicators into 2 mutually independent com-prehensive indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.901%.Based on the comprehensive evaluation value of salt-alkali stress tolerance(D value),the 40 maize inbred lines were clustered into 4 groups with dif-ferent salt-alkali tolerance by systematic cluster analysis:1 was highly tolerant germplasm,6 were tolerant germplasms,14 were low-tolerant germplasms,and 19 were salt-alkali sensitive germplasms.Through stepwise regression analysis,the optimal prediction model for maize seedling salt-alkali tolerance was established.The evaluation system and prediction model constructed in this study could accurately assess the salt-alkali toler-ance of maize at seedling stage and provide theoretical basis and technical supports for screening salt-alkali tol-erant maize germplasms,studying resistance mechanisms,and breeding salt-alkali tolerant maize.
