观察级遥控水下机器人总体设计与性能分析OA
Overall design and performance analysis of an observation-class remotely operated vehicle
为兼顾娱乐级拍摄与作业级观测需求,设计了"观察-1"型观察级遥控水下机器人.采用"3 垂推+2 主推"五推进器布局、模块化电池舱及碳纤维轻外壳,通过CFD仿真与理论计算估算关键性能.结果表明:最大航速6.61节,标准巡航模式续航 87 min,最大功率 1 786 W,空气中质量 8.92 kg,稳心高度 62.7 mm,各项指标均满足设计要求.该方案验证了娱乐与作业双重场景下的可行性,可为同类ROV 设计提供参考.
To meet both recreational filming and operational observation requirements,an"Observation-1"observation-class remotely operated vehicle(ROV)was designed.A five-thruster configuration(three vertical thrusters and two horizontal thrusters),a modular battery compartment,and a carbon fiber lightweight shell were adopted,and key performance parameters were estimated through CFD simulations and theoretical calculations.The results showed that the maximum speed reached 6.61 knots,the endurance in standard cruising mode was 87 min,the maximum power was 1 786 W,the weight in air was 8.92 kg,and the metacentric height was 62.7 mm,all of which satisfied the design requirements.The proposed scheme was validated to be feasible for both recreational and operational scenarios,providing a reference for the design of similar ROVs.
