针对大蒜机械化播种中鳞芽朝向控制困难、正芽率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的鳞芽方向识别与自动调整装置.以 STM32F103 为主控制器,集成 ESP32-CAM 视觉模块与轻量化 YOLO 目标检测算法,通过 Edge Impulse平台完成图像采集、标注与模型训练,实现鳞芽朝向的实时识别.装置由视觉识别模块、旋转调整机构、舵机驱动及供电系统组成,可自动判别鳞芽朝左或朝右状态,并驱动旋转槽完成定向调整,确保鳞芽竖直向上播种.试验结果表明,系统对鳞芽朝向的平均识别准确率达 95%以上,姿态调整稳定,显著提高了大蒜播种的正芽率与作业效率.该装置结构紧凑、成本低,可为大蒜播种机械的智能化升级提供技术支撑.

Aiming at the problems of difficult control of sprout orientation and low upright sprout rate in mechanized garlic sowing,a machine vision-based device for sprout orientation recognition and automatic adjustment was designed.With STM32F103 as the main controller,the ESP32-CAM vision module and a lightweight YOLO object detection algorithm were integrated.Image acquisition,annotation,and model training were completed through the Edge Impulse platform,and real-time recognition of sprout orientation was realized.The device was composed of a vision recognition module,a rotary adjustment mechanism,a servo drive,and a power supply system.Automatic discrimination of whether the sprout was facing left or right was performed,and the rotary groove was driven to complete directional adjustment,by which vertical upward sowing of the sprout was ensured.It was shown by the test results that an average recognition accuracy of over 95%for sprout orientation was achieved by the system,the posture adjustment was stable,and the upright sprout rate and operation efficiency of garlic sowing were significantly improved.The device was characterized by a compact structure and low cost,and technical support for the intelligent upgrading of garlic sowing machinery could be provided by it.
