滨海盐碱区耕地保护模式探析OA

In order to explore an effective path for the"quantity quality ecology"protection of arable land in coastal saline alkali counties,consolidate the foundation of regional food security and ecological security,taking Wudi county in Binzhou city as the research area,based on the results of national land change sur-vey and permanent basic farmland planning in 2021-2025,by using empirical analysis and systematic summary methods,practical experience and practical difficulties of county-level arable land protection have been studied,and innovative paths for local arable land protection have been explored.Through con-trolling the quantity of arable land,improving its quality,ecological improvement,intelligent supervision,and establishing grassroots incentive and restraint mechanisms,a county-level arable land protection model that is suitable for the characteristics of coastal saline alkali areas have been constructed.It can pro-vide practical references for the protection of farmland in the Yellow River Delta and similar saline alkali areas,and has important reference significance for promoting high quality development of county-level farmland protection.
