山东省济南市水资源与土地整治潜力关系研究OA
Study on Relationship between Water Resources and Land Consolidation Potential in Ji'nan City from the Perspective of Coupling
本文基于国土变更调查、水资源统计等多源数据,在系统分析济南市水资源与耕地利用现状、土地整治潜力及制约因素的基础上,构建"水资源-土壤质量-生态安全"评价指标体系与耦合协调度模型,开展区域水资源分布与土地整治潜力的耦合协调性与适配性分析.结果显示:济南市水资源与土地整治潜力耦合协调度覆盖 4~10等,空间分异特征显著;按协调等级可划分为四类分区,其中高协调区占比 12.2%、中协调区占比 65.8%、低协调区占比 17.8%、失调区占比 4.2%.研究验证了水资源禀赋对土地整治规模、布局与长效利用的刚性约束作用,可为济南市差异化土地整治策略制定、水土资源协同优化提供科学支撑.
Based on land change survey and water resources statistics,on the basis of analyzing present con-dition of water resources and farmland utilization,land consolidation potential and limiting factors in Ji'nan city,an evaluation index system and coupling coordination model of"water resources—soil quality—eco-logical security"have been constructed,and adaptability of regional water resources distribution and land consolidation potential have been carried out.It is showed that the coupling and coordination degree of wa-ter resources and land consolidation potential in Ji'nan city covers 4~10 degrees,and spatial differentiation characteristics are significant.According to the coordination level,it can be divided into four types of zones,with high coordination zones accounting for 12.2%,medium coordination zones accounting for 65.8%,low coordination zones accounting for 17.8%,and imbalanced zones accounting for 4.2%.The study has verified the rigid constraint effect of water resource endowment on the scale,layout and long-term u-tilization of land consolidation.It can provide scientific support for the formulation of differentiated land consolidation strategies and coordinated optimization of water and soil resources in Ji'nan city.
