山东省耕地需求预测研究OA
Study on Cropland Demand Predicating in Shandong Province
本文从人口规模、人均口粮、城镇化率、蔬菜用地 4 个方面,基于 2014-2023 年多源统计数据,综合运用系统动力学模型、ARIMA 模型、指数平滑法,预测了 2028 年山东省耕地需求总量及结构.结果表明:预计 2028 年山东省总人口下降至 10 075 万人,城镇化率为 68.95%,农村人均口粮为 162 kg、城镇人均口粮为 118 kg,粮食总需求量约 569.33 亿 kg,需新增粮食产量 3.80 亿 kg,蔬菜种植面积约 60.635×103 hm2,粮食种植耕地需求570.607×103 hm2.在保证山东省内粮食、蔬菜自给自足的前提下,可为上亿省外人口提供农产品供应.本研究为山东省耕地空间统筹,耕地保护治理及粮食安全保障提供参考.
From the aspects of population size,per capita grain consumption,urbanization rate and vegeta-ble-growing land,based on multi-source statistical data from 2014 to 2023,by using system dynamics model,ARIMA model and exponential smoothing method,total and structural demand of arable land in Shandong province by 2028 have been predicated.It is indicated that by 2028,total population in Shandong province can decrease to 10 075 ten thousand,with an urbanization rate of 68.95%.Rural per capita grain consumption will be 162 kg,while urban per capita grain consumption will be 118 kg,resulting in an esti-mated total grain demand of approximately 56.933 billion kg.In order to meet this demand,an additional 3.80 billion kg of grain production will be required,along with a vegetable-growing area of about 606.35 thousand hectares.The grain-cultivated land demand will reach 570.607×103 hm2.On the basis of self-sufficiency in grain and vegetable production in Shandong province,It can provide agricultural product sup-ply for hundreds of millions of people outside.This research will provide some references for coordinated land planning,arable land conservation and food security in Shandong province.
