固本泄浊饮联合中药脐部贴敷改善腹膜透析患者便秘症状的疗效观察OA
Observation on the therapeutic effect of Guben Xiezhuo Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical application in improving constipation symptoms in peritoneal dialysis patients
目的 观察固本泄浊饮联合中药脐部贴敷治疗腹膜透析患者便秘症状的疗效.方法 选取 2024 年 1 月～2024 年 12 月在张家港市中医医院肾病科治疗的 73 例腹膜透析伴便秘症状患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组 36 例和治疗组 37 例.对照组予西医常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予固本泄浊饮联合中药脐部贴敷治疗,两组疗程均为 2 周,比较两组患者治疗后便秘症状的改善情况及生存质量评分.结果 两组患者性别、年龄和透析龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗 2 周后,两组患者各项便秘症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组粪便性状、排便时间、日常症状评分下降均较对照组显著(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后生存质量评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组.治疗组总有效率为 91.43%(32/35),高于对照组的 71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗期间两组患者均未出现不良反应.结论 固本泄浊饮联合中药脐部贴敷治疗腹透患者便秘症状效果确切,有效改善患者便秘症状,提高生活质量,且无明显不良反应,具有临床推广价值.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Guben Xiezhuo Decoction combined with umbilical application of Chinese herbal medicine in treating constipation in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods A total of 73 PD patients with constipation treated in the Department of Nephrology of Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(36 cases)and a treatment group(37 cases)using a random number table.The control group received routine Western medical treatment,while the treatment group received Guben Xiezhuo Decoction plus umbilical herbal application in addition to the routine treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The improvement in constipation symptoms and qualityoflife scores were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,or dialysis duration between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,constipation symptom scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.01).The reductions in stool consistency,defecation time,and daily symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The qualityoflife score in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05)and was significantly lower than that in the control group;no significant change was observed in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 91.43%(32/35)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than the 71.43%(25/35)in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were reported in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion Guben Xiezhuo Decoction combined with umbilical herbal application has a definite therapeutic effect on constipation in PD patients,effectively improving constipation symptoms and quality of life without obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
