"振针助力针法"联合麦粒灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of the"vibrating needle assisted acupuncture technique"combined with wheat grain moxibustion in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of the cold-damp obstruction pattern.Methods A total of 90 patients with cold-damp obstruction pattern RA recruited from September 2023 to December 2024 were included as the research subjects,and were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,comprising 45 patients each.The control group received oral methotrexate.The observation group additionally underwent the vibrating needle assisted acupuncture technique combined with wheat grain moxibustion.Pre-and post-treatment comparisons were made between groups for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Disease Activity Score(DAS-28),Rheumatoid Factor(RF),High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP),and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate(ESR).Clinical efficacy was assessed post-treatment.Results Post-treatment,both groups exhibited significant reductions in TCM syndrome scores,DAS-28scores,RF,hs-CRP,and ESR compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(86.67%)significantly exceeded that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vibrating needle assisted acupuncture technique with wheat-grain moxibustion for treating cold-damp obstruction pattern RA alleviates clinical symptoms,improves joint function,and reduces inflammatory response,demonstrating superior efficacy to methotrexate monotherapy.
