方书双璧:《肘后备急方》与《伤寒卒病论》比较研究OA

Treatise on Cold Damage and Sudden-Onset Diseases and Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies respectively represent the two major prescription schools of compound formulae and proven simple formulas.However,after the Song dynasty,the Treatise on Cold Damage and Sudden-Onset Diseases was revered as a classic,while the Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies gradually declined.To deepen the understanding of their clinical and theoretical value,a comparative study of the texts of the two works was conducted.The findings reveal many commonalities between them,including the naming of the books,research scope,overlapping prescriptions,the terminology of medicinals,the authors'philosophies,dosages and dosage forms,the structure for supplementing omissions,and their transmission processes.Both works embody the distinctive characteristics of their era and can be regarded as"twin jewels of formulary texts".This study also aims to demonstrate that a comparative analysis of the history of formulology and philology,grounded in an extra-medical historical perspective,holds significant clinical and theoretical value for the study of classical medical works.
