挥发性有机化合物分析与食管癌诊断的研究现状及进展OA
Research Status and Progress of Volatile Organic Compound Analysis and the Diagnosis of Esophageal Cancer
食管癌是危害人群健康的主要消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其早期症状隐匿,约 70%患者确诊时已属中晚期,5年生存率不足 30%.传统内镜活检虽为金标准,却存在侵入性高、依从性低、难以反复监测等局限性.近年来,挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)检测凭借无创、便捷、可实时反映肿瘤代谢状态的优势,为食管癌早期筛查和疗效评估提供了新思路.本文围绕食管恶性肿瘤的临床诊断瓶颈及呼出气、体液 VOCs 检测技术的最新进展,系统综述 VOCs 在食管癌领域的研究现状与未来方向,以期为未来研发提供参考.
Esophageal carcinoma is one of the major gastrointestinal malignancies threatening human health.Its early symptoms are atypical,and around 70%of patients are diagnosed at the middle and advanced stages,with a 5-year survival rate of less than 30%.Although traditional endoscopic biopsy is the gold standard,it has limitations such as high invasive-ness,low compliance and difficulty in repeated monitoring.In recent years,detection of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),featuring non-invasiveness,convenience and the ability to reflect tumor metabolic status in real time,has provided new ideas for early screening and efficacy evaluation of esophageal cancer.This review summarizes the diagnostic bottlenecks of esophageal malignancies and the latest advances in VOCs detection technologies for exhaled breath and body fluids.It also systematically elaborates on the research status and future prospects of VOCs application in esophageal cancer,so as to provide a reference for relevant research and development.
