Research Progress on the Tumor Microenvironment in Hepatocellular Car-cinoma
原发性肝癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,具有死亡率高、生存率低的特点,因此其进展过程引起了研究者广泛关注.近年发现肝癌肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)在肝癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,其中的免疫细胞、调控因子、调控基因、外泌体等重要成分的表达失调导致 TME 的重塑,从而影响机体免疫功能及治疗疗效.本文就肝细胞癌 TME 的主要组成、调控机制及靶向治疗研究进展作一综述,旨在为解析肝癌发生机制和探索新型干预策略提供切实参考.
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system with high mortality and low survival rate,thus the progression of HCC has attracted extensive attention from researchers.Recent studies have found that the tumor microenvironment(TME)of HCC plays an important role in its occurrence and progression.The dysregulated expression of key components such as immune cells,regulatory factors,regulatory genes and exosomes in TME leads to its remodeling,thereby affecting the body's immune function and therapeutic efficacy.This review summarizes the major com-ponents,regulatory mechanisms,and therapeutic research advances of the tumor microenvironment in HCC,aiming to pro-vide references for understanding its pathogenesis and exploring novel therapeutic strategies.
