免疫检查点抑制剂在铂耐药卵巢癌中应用的研究进展OA

Ovarian cancer is one of the three most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system.The vast majority of patients experience recurrence even after standardized treatment.Despite continuous advancements in surgical techniques and chemotherapy regimens,ovarian cancer still ranks first in mortality among gynecological malignant tumors.Compared with platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer,platinum-resistant ovarian cancer(PROC)has far fewer treatment op-tions,and breakthrough therapeutic strategies are urgently needed.Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)exert its effects by binding to immune checkpoint molecules or their ligands,which relieves the inhibition of immune cell activity and thereby unleashes the killing activity of immune cells against tumor cells.In this paper,we systematically summarize the mechanisms of ICI in PROC,recent clinical research pro-gress,combination treatment strategies,and potential biomar-kers,and prospect future research directions,with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical application of immunotherapy and subsequent research in PROC.
