Study on the Techniques and Properties of Electromagnetic Wire Product with High-pressure Water Stripping Main Insulation for Stator Bars

针对传统人工剥除定子线棒主绝缘效率低、劳动强度大的问题,采用高压水射流剥除主绝缘并优化工艺,借助金相显微镜、布氏硬度计、XRD等表征剥除后电磁线性能,测试表面电阻,分析过滤介质水水质与固体悬浮物粒径.结果表明:高压水剥除最优工艺为射流夹角30°~60°、喷射距离<30 cm、压力20~30 MPa;剥除后电磁线的表面形貌、铜材物相、表面硬度及表面电阻与人工剥除试样无显著差异;介质水经1200目滤布过滤后可直排或回用.整体工艺安全可靠,具备良好推广应用价值.

Regarding the low efficiency and high labor intensity of the traditional manual stripping of the main insulation of wire rods,high-pressure water jet stripping is adopted and the process is optimized.The performance of the stripped electromagnetic wires is characterized using a metallographic microscope,Brinell hardness tester,XRD,etc.The surface resistance of the electromagnetic wire is tested,and the quality of the filtered medium water and the size of solid suspended particles are analyzed.The results show that the optimal process parameters for stripping the main insulation of the wire rod with high-pressure water are a jet angle of 30°~60°,a standoff distance of less than 30 cm,and a pressure of 20~30 MPa.There is no significant difference in the surface morphology,copper phase composition,surface hardness,and surface resistance of the electromagnetic wire surface compared to the electromagnetic wire obtained by manual stripping method.The medium water used can be directly discharged or reused after being filtered through a 1200-mesh filter cloth.The overall process is safe and reliable,and this method has good promotion and application value.
