反胶束液液微萃取在亚甲基蓝检测中的应用OA
Reverse Micelle Mediated Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction for the Detection of Methylene Blue
亚甲基蓝是一种水溶性染料.受亚甲基蓝污染的水体可诱发癌症,造成环境污染,进而引发生态灾难.反胶束辅助液液微萃取(RM-DLLME)是一种简单、快速、环境友好的新型样品制备技术.本实验采用RM-DLLME技术结合分光光度法检测水体中亚甲基蓝.通过优化萃取条件,如改变表面活性剂种类及浓度等,进行富集优化,建立了反胶束液液微萃取—分光光度法检测水体中亚甲基蓝的新方法,最优萃取条件如下:V反胶束溶剂(3.1 mmol/L 十二烷基硫酸钠-异戊醇溶液)∶V亚甲基蓝水溶液(pH4.8)∶V甲醇=2.0∶27.5∶2.5,经旋混离心后,取上相用分光光度计于659.0 nm波长处检测.该新方法的检测限(LOD)为0.7 μg/mL,定量限(LOQ)为2.2 μg/mL,富集倍数为15.0,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%,对5种水体的加标检测回收率为90.1%~96.8%.结果表明,该新方法检测限、定量限较低,富集效果较好,在5种水体中基质效应小,适用范围广.
Methylene blue is a water-soluble dye.Water polluted by methylene blue can induce cancer,cause environmental pollution,and lead to ecological disaster.Reverse micelle mediated dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(RM-DLLME)is a simple,rapid and environmentally friendly novel sample preparation technique.In this study,RM-DLLME combined with spectrophotometry is used to detect methylene blue in water.After optimizing extraction conditions,for example changing the types and concentrations of surfactants,enrichment optimization is carried out to form a new method for detecting methylene blue in water by reverse micelle mediated dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combining with spectrophotometry.Vreverse micelle solvent(3.1 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate-isoamyl alcohol solution):Vmethylene blue aqueous solution(pH 4.8∶)Vmethanol=2.0∶27.5∶2.5,after vortex mixing and centrifugation,the upper phase is taken for detection at 659.0 nm.The limit of detection(LOD)and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)of the new method are 0.7 μg/mL and 2.2 μg/mL,the enrichment fator is 15.0,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 4.2%,meanwhile the recoveries are 90.1%~96.8%.The results show that the new method has low LOD and LOQ,good enrichment effect,small matrix effect in 5 kinds of waters,and wide application range.
