工业可中断负荷参与备用市场的品质评价及出清模型OA
Quality Evaluation and Clearing Model for Industrial Interruptible Loads'Participation in Reserve Markets
工业可中断负荷是良好的备用资源,但作为非聚合型主体具有数量较多、调节性能差异大的特点,如何高效参与备用服务并合理给予补偿尚值得研究.为此,对此类资源提出品质成本的思想,以水泥制造业、铸造业为非聚合型工业可中断负荷的代表,从其运行特点出发构建需求侧资源的备用模型;在此基础上建立基于品质成本的主能量-备用联合出清模型.针对中国某省的案例分析表明:工业可中断负荷的参与对主能量和备用市场都能起到降费降碳的效果;引入品质成本可在保证市场效率的前提下,减少备用调度时需求侧资源的启停次数,减少对工业用户的干扰.
Industrial interruptible loads are good resources for operation reserve,which,as non-aggregated participants,have the characteristics of large amounts and significant differences in regulation performance.So it is still worth studying how to efficiently incorporate and reasonably compensate such resources in reserve ancillary services.In this light,the idea of performance-based cost is proposed in this paper,and by using cement manufacturing and casting industries as representatives of non-aggregated industrial interruptible loads,reserve models are constructed for such demand side resources based on their operational characteristics.After that,a performance-cost-based optimization model is presented for joint clearing of energy and reserve markets.Case studies towards a province in China show that participation of industrial interruptible loads reduces costs and carbon consumption in both the energy and reserve markets;introducing performance costs can reduce the number of start and stop of demand side resources serving as reserves while ensuring market efficiency,reducing interference to industrial users.
