The electricity spot market has been widely and deeply developed in China,and the market mechanism and trading system based on national and provincial power grids are gradually improving,ensuring the orderly progress of the construction of the electricity spot market.However,regional power grid dispatch agencies as an important intermediary for the security guarantee and market trading organization of the large power grid,the support system relatively independent and the interaction between application functions is weak,which cannot meet the rapid development of spot market trading organizations and the security control needs of new power systems.This article constructs an efficient and interconnected regional power grid spot trading comprehensive management platform,establishes a security verification system with frequency stability as the core indicator,realizes comprehensive statistical evaluation of spot trading and panoramic monitoring and verification of key links,effectively strengthens the organizational capacity of regional spot trading,and further improves the operational efficiency of the national power spot market.
