新能源大量接入电网带来市场出清价格走低,同时挤压传统机组运行小时数,外加中国较低的市场限价导致传统机组固定成本难以回收,并且导致系统供电可靠性难以保证.在此背景下,研究市场限价与容量补偿费用的关系显得至关重要,关乎市场机制的有效性和电力系统的可靠性维护.因此,基于电源规划模型分析电力系统供电可靠性与市场限价和容量补偿机制之间的内在联系,并构建机组成本函数分析市场限价和容量补偿机制对于电源结构的影响.最后,基于某省级电网年净负荷进行算例分析,揭示了一定供电可靠性水平下容量补偿与市场限价之间的关系,进而得到容量补偿主要影响峰荷机组装机容量的结论.

Due to the extensive integration of renewables,there has been a decrease in market clearing prices,concurrently reducing the operational hours of conventional generators.Additionally,the relatively low market price cap in China makes it challenging to recover fixed costs associated with conventional generators,thereby compromising the reliability of the power supply system.Against this backdrop,investigating the relationship between the market price cap and capacity remuneration costs becomes crucial,as it directly impacts the effectiveness of market mechanisms and the maintenance of power system reliability.Therefore,this study employs a capacity expansion model to analyze the inherent connections between power system reliability and the market price cap,as well as the capacity remuneration mechanism.The unit cost function is constructed to analyze the influence of market price caps and capacity remuneration mechanism on power supply structure.Finally,the study conducts a case study based on the net load of a provincial-level power grid,revealing the relationship between capacity remuneration and the market price cap under given levels of power supply reliability.Furthermore,it concludes that capacity remuneration mainly affects the installed capacity of peak generators.
