Analysis and Implications:Toward International Governance of Predatory Journals
近年来,掠夺性期刊引发全球高度关注,掠夺性期刊泛滥不仅影响学术交流,也严重损害科研生态体系.通过研究掠夺性期刊的定义及行为特征,分析了掠夺性期刊的驱动因素和不良影响,并得出掠夺性期刊国际治理的主要做法.最后,对中国期刊治理提出有针对性的意见建议,为营造良好学术生态提供政策参考.
In recent years,predatory journals have attracted substantial global concern.Their proliferation not only undermines legitimate academic exchange,but also severely damages the integrity of the scientific research ecosystem.This paper explores the definition and behavioral traits of predatory journals,analyzes the driving forces behind their emergence and their negative consequences,and reviews key international governance strategies currently in practice.Finally,it proposes targeted recommendations aimed at informing policies that support a healthier academic environment.
