从筛选到共创:美国风险投资孵化新范式及其对科技创新的作用机制研究OACHSSCD

This article analyzes the internal logic and pra ctical pathways of American venture capital in promoting innovation of technology enterprises through market-oriented mechanisms.It aims to provide practical inspiration for optimizing the technology finance ecosystem and promoting technological innovation of enterprises in China.This study adopts a method combining case analysis and empirical research,focusing on the new incubation models of American venture capital in recent years.It is found that American venture capital can effectively shorten the innovation cycle,reduce commercialization risks,and accelerate the cultivation of technology enterprises through value-added means such as project screening,in-depth cultivation,and market operation.Based on the experience of the United States,this article puts forward four inspirations for improving the scientific and technological innovation ecosystem in China:Cultivating professional investment entities,Building a technology finance system covering the entire life cycle,guiding capital to concentrate in strategic fields,cultivating an innovative ecosystem centered on talents.
