智能泵站机组监测平台的设计与数字孪生技术应用OA

为响应水利工程全要素、全过程数字化、网络化、智能化管控体系建设的战略要求,基于数字孪生五维模型的理论框架,结合 LabVIEW平台及各类传感器软硬件技术,构建了一套集在线监测、故障预警、流态展示、工况识别于一体的泵站机组数字孪生状态监测平台.平台研究数据底板建设、模型库开发、可视化交互等关键技术,数据底板建设为系统提供了可靠的基础数据支撑.平台通过集成多种传感器信息,确保了泵站机组运行状态的全面感知;通过标准化、模块化的方式搭建模型库,支持泵站机组各类运行工况的建模与实时更新,为平台提供了精准的映射能力.通过数据驱动,数字孪生模型实时映射了实际泵站机组内部的流态及运行工况,能够实时精准反映泵站运行的动态.该平台已成功应用于淮安三站,经过实际运行验证,展示了其优异的性能.平台人机界面设计简洁直观,交互性强,能够高效模拟泵站机组的真实运行状态,实现了对泵站各类工况的精准再现.

In response to the strategic requirement of building comprehensive,digitalized networked,and intelligent management capabilities for all elements and processes of water conservancy projects,a digital twin status monitoring platform for pump station units based on the theoretical framework of a five-dimensional digital twin model was developed,combined with the LabVIEW platform and various sensor hardware and software technologies.This platform integrated online monitoring,fault warning,flow state visualization,and operating status identification.This research focused on key technologies such as data foundation construction,model library development,and visualization interaction.The data foundation ensured comprehensive perception of the pump station unit's operational status by in-tegrating various sensor data.The standardized and modular model library enabled modeling and real-time updating of operating conditions,providing accurate mapping for the platform.Driven by data,the digital twin continuously mapped the internal flow state and operating conditions of the actual pump sta-tion unit in real-time,accurately reflecting dynamic changes in the pump station.Applied to the Huai'an Three Station,the platform demonstrated excellent performance in practical operation.The user in-terface design is simple and intuitive,with strong interactivity,enabling accurate simulation of the pump station unit's real operational status and achieving precise reproduction of various operating con-ditions of the pump station.
