Driving Mechanism of Effective Utilization Coefficient of Irrigation Water Under Human Factors—A Case Study of the Ningxia Artesian Irrigation Area

影响农田灌溉水有效利用系数的因素众多,其中人为因素影响较大.收集了宁夏自流灌区 2015-2019 年资料,构建 STIRPAT 模型,利用不同人为因素对各自流灌域进行动态评价.结果表明:节水灌溉面积占比、渠道衬砌率、防渗渠系占比和节水灌溉投资具有促进作用,实际灌溉面积和水稻占比具有抑制作用.主成分分析结果表明,节水灌溉状况为第一主成分,当地管理运营状况及种植结构为第二主成分;回归分析表明,各灌域受人为因素影响较大的为节水灌溉面积占比、渠道衬砌率及节水灌溉投资.灰色预测模型结果表明,到 2026 年农田灌溉水有效利用系数未能达到期望规划值 0.6,需进行调控.根据回归方程,总计对宁夏自流灌区节水灌溉面积占比平均需增加 5.01%,节水灌溉投资需增加 16.719 亿元,水稻占比平均需减少 14.43%.

Many factors influence the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in farmland,among which human-induced factors have a significant impact.Data from the Ningxia artesian irrigation area from 2015 to 2019 were collected,and an STIRPAT model was constructed to dynamically evaluate the effects of different human factors on each artesian irrigation district.The results show that the proportion of water-saving irrigation area,channel lining rate,proportion of impermeable canal systems,and investment in water-saving irrigation have positive effects,while the actual irrigated area and the proportion of rice have a restraining effect.Principal component analysis results indicate that the state of water-saving irrigation constitutes the first principal component,while local management and operational conditions and planting structure constitute the second principal component.Regression analysis shows that the proportion of water-saving irrigation area,channel lining rate,and investment in water-saving irrigation are the most influential human factors across irrigation districts.The grey prediction model results indicate that by 2026,the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in farmland is expected to fail to reach the planned target value of 0.6,necessitating regulation.According to the regression equation,it is necessary to increase the the average proportion of water-saving irrigation area in the Ningxia artesian irrigation area by 5.01%,increase water-saving irrigation investment by 1.6719 billion yuan,and reduce the average proportion of rice by 14.43%.
