缺口型柔性铰链柔度闭式解的建立与验证方法OA
Research on the Establishment and Verification Method of the Closed-Form Solution for Notch-Type Flexible Hinges
现有缺口型柔性铰链的柔度闭式解虽已广泛明确且成熟,但鲜有针对其建立过程与验证方法的详细论述.为了解决新型柔铰设计开发时存在理论计算参考不足的问题,基于经典材料力学中等截面梁与变截面梁在线性小变形条件下的变形分析过程与方法,详述了应用积分法建立缺口型柔性铰链柔度闭式解的过程,进一步开展了有限元分析与实验测试.结果表明,闭式解与有限元结果和实验结果的误差分别约为 7%和 6%.
Although the closed-form solution for the flexibility of existing notch-type flexible hinges is widely recognized and mature,there is little detailed discussion on its establishment process and verification methods.To address the insufficient theoretical calculation references during the design and development of new flexible hinges,this paper elaborates on the process of establishing the closed-form solution for the flexibility of notch-type flexible hinges using the integral method,based on the deformation analysis process and methods of classical material mechanics for constant cross-section beams and variable cross-section beams under linear small deformation conditions.Furthermore,finite element analysis and experimental testing were conducted.The results show that the errors between the closed-form solution and the finite element results,as well as the experimental results,are approximately 7%and 6%,respectively.
