The changes in data,user demands and service models in the big data era have given rise to the construction of smart libraries in col-lege libraries.Smart libraries have core features such as intelligence,personalization,resource sharing and spatial innovation.The multi-dimensional challenges in the construction of smart libraries,including technology,data security,resource integration,personnel quality,funds and management,can be optimized from aspects such as technological innovation,improvement of security mechanisms,co-construction and sharing of resources,im-provement of personnel quality,and optimization of services and spaces.
