大松动圈巷道锚杆索支护作用机理及控制技术OA

Mechanism and control technology of bolt and cable support in large broken zone roadways

针对唐山矿0294工作面切眼扩巷后围岩松动圈超出锚杆支护范围的问题,基于蝶形塑性区理论,结合数值模拟分析,揭示切眼在掘进与扩巷过程中围岩破坏范围的动态扩展特征;基于松动圈内岩体应力状态,建立锚固体失稳判别准则,阐明岩体承载能力与破碎程度以及应力状态之间的数学关系.研究结果表明:岩块尺寸对锚杆和锚索的承载能力具有重要影响;根据0294工作面切眼掘进及扩巷期间的围岩应力分布规律可知,巷道顶板具有较高的水平应力,且松动圈内岩体仍具备较高的承载能力,据此提出"2.4 m锚杆+6.5 m注浆锚索+10.5 m长锚索"的联合支护方案.研究结论为深部大松动圈巷道锚杆支护提供理论支撑.

Aiming at the problem that the loose circle of surrounding rock exceeds the range of bolt support after the open-off cut of 0294 working face in Tangshan Mine,this paper reveals the dynamic expansion characteristics of the surrounding rock failure zone during the excavation and widening.This study utilizes the butterfly plastic zone theory combined with numerical simulation analysis.Based on the stress state of rock mass in the loose circle,the criterion of anchorage instability is established,and the mathematical relationship between the bearing capacity of rock mass and the degree of fragmentation and the stress state is clarified.The results show that the size of rock mass has an important influence on the bearing capacity of anchor bolt and anchor cable.According to the stress distribution law of surrounding rock during the excavation and expansion of 0294 working face,roof of the roadway has high horizontal stress,and the rock mass in the loose circle still has high bearing capacity.Based on this,a combined support scheme of"2.4 m bolt+6.5 m grouting anchor cable+10.5 m long anchor cable"is proposed.The research conclusions provide theoretical support for bolt support in deep large loose circle roadway.
