Application of BIM and UAV Surveying Technology in Preliminary Planning of Construction in Complex Environments
通过融合无人机测绘、BIM及设计软件等技术,基于三维实景模型开展初步规划,并将实景模型与临建规划设施模型融合以三维形式验证规划方案合理性,借助设计软件辅助计算便道、弃土场等工程量.结果表明:该技术方案可形成临建工程量精准、规划科学的工程前期规划方案,有效规避因规划方案不合理导致的施工成本增加问题,并保障临建工程施工进度.
By integrating technologies such as UAV surveying,BIM,and design software,preliminary planning was carried out based on 3D real-scene models.The real-scene model was fused with temporary construction facility planning models to verify the rationality of the planning scheme in a 3D format.Design software was used to assist in calculating engineering quantities such as access roads and spoil disposal sites.The results show that:this technical approach can generate an accurate and scientifically sound preliminary planning scheme for temporary construction projects,effectively avoiding increased construction costs caused by unreasonable planning and ensuring the progress of temporary construction work.
