基于无人智能装备的内河水域生命搜索和救援融合技术探析OA
An Analysis of Integrated Technologies for Life SAR in Inland Water Areas Based on Unmanned Intelligent Equipment
内河水域搜救面临能见度低、障碍物多、水流复杂的环境约束,且存在黄金救援期短、传统人工救援风险高、作业效率有限等突出挑战,亟需高效、安全的智能化救援技术突破.本文围绕"基于无人智能装备的内河水域生命搜索和救援技术研究"核心主题,系统研究内河水域无人智能搜救关键技术,构建涵盖智能救生圈、水面无人艇、ROV、AUV的内河水域无人智能搜救技术体系,针对性提出适配内河复杂环境的单一装备救援方法与多装备组合协同搜救模式,实现对于内河不同水域、不同场景的全方位搜救覆盖.研究表明,多装备组合可有效整合各装备优势,构建空中-水面-水下立体化、协同化搜救体系,大幅提升内河水域搜救效率、降低救援风险;国内威海内河水域救援、广西都安溶洞ROV 生命搜索、沥心沙大桥周边内河区域探测等案例,进一步验证了所构建的无人智能装备搜救体系及相关技术的可行性与有效性,为内河水域生命搜救提供了可靠的系统技术支撑.
Search and rescue(SAR)in inland water areas faced environmental constraints such as low visibility,numerous obstacles,and complex water currents,as well as prominent challenges including a short golden rescue window,high risks associated with traditional manual operations,and limited operational efficiency.There was an urgent need for breakthroughs in intelligent rescue technologies that were efficient and safe.Centered on the core theme of"Research on Life SAR Technologies in Inland Water Areas Based on Unmanned Intelligent Equipment,"this paper systematically investigated key technologies for unmanned intelligent SAR in inland waters.It established a technical system for unmanned intelligent SAR in inland water areas,encompassing intelligent life rings,unmanned surface vessels(USVs),remotely operated vehicles(ROVs),and autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs).Targeted single-equipment rescue methods and multi-equipment collaborative SAR modes,adapted to the complex environments of inland rivers,were proposed to achieve all-around SAR coverage across different inland water bodies and scenarios.The result shows that:multi-equipment combinations can effectively integrate the advantages of individual platforms,constructing a three-dimensional,coordinated SAR system spanning air,surface,and underwater domains,thereby significantly improving SAR efficiency and reducing rescue risks.Domestic case studies such as SAR operations in Weihai's inland waters,ROV-based life search in Du'an karst caves in Guangxi,and exploration in the inland river zones around Lixinsha Bridge further validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed unmanned intelligent equipment SAR system and its underlying technologies,providing reliable system technical support for life SAR in inland water areas.
